[b:15nx0g12]That there has been another scheduling screwup![/b:15nx0g12]

I’ve been told to turn up tomorrow at 7pm as there is an open training session on for all players, both beginners and more experienced players. This will consist of drills, it’s not a scrimmage.

The DIHA schedule says there is a beginners practice on at 7pm, which presumably is not open to more experienced players.

So that’s three different sources of information all providing different info

Oh, and you forgot to mention that it’s in Dunedin again I’ll edit your post accordingly.

That’s not right. I’ve booked tomorrow at 7pm for an hour for beginners. It’s not an open practice, better players should go to the Thursday night SNC practice.

What constitutes “beginner”? Myself and another player have been asked to attend and we have something like 16 years experience between the two of us.

so what drop in starts at 8 then?

    #14965

Apparently there is now a training session on at 6pm tonight. Not sure what’s happening at 7:15pm, but I’m guessing it’s the drop-in that Graeme is organising.

Don’t worry, coach says that’s all been discussed with you and apparently the scope for “beginners” has been increased this year.

None I’m guessing. At this stage I’m [b:10cydvdf]assuming[/b:10cydvdf] Graeme’s drop-in is on at 7:15pm as he said it would be. I’m basing this on fairly iffy information though so don’t shoot me if you turn up at 7:15pm and there’s a training session on

Oops just found out there has been a screw up in times again. the drop in game is at 8 or just past allowing time for a quick groom

Crap, now we’ve got an hour gap until drop-in starts. Pre-game beers at the Esplanade perhaps? I might make that a coke for me though, I’m a bit of a lightweight

Is there anything on at 7pm now?

Adult Beginners is on at 7pm, as advertised.

    #14971

That makes a whole bunch more sense. We ended up on the ice at 6pm, then another bunch of players turned up for the scheduled 7pm time.

There’s going to be one hell of a big beginners session next week. We had plenty at the first “unofficial” session, then the next one looked like it was pretty packed out too so being combined next week is going to be quite busy.

All this silly talk about important things completely brushed over my avril lavinge reference with help from graheme…

Thanks to Vince for noticing, I guess I know who my true fans are..
