The following footage was shot on 8 mm film in 1950 on the middle basin of the Lower Manorburn dam just outside of Alexandra. That footage made it’s way to the late Les Thomsen who kindly converted it to VHS. One of those VHS copies made it’s way to Keith Dickson who had it converted to DVD, then Keith gave a copy to me and I’ve uploaded it to YouTube for your viewing pleasure ” title=”Smiley” />
