Congratulations to Keith Dickson who is now the world over 60 figure skating champion ” title=”Smiley” />
I don’t have the details as yet (waiting for email reply from Keith) but he has reported that both himself and Sue have won their respective divisions at the world champs. He also said that the Dunedin Ice Skating Club is now ranked 16th out of 57 clubs from 18 countries.
Congratulations Keith ” title=”Smiley” /> And Sue too of course!

Kieth is a interesting person who many people underestimate.Beforehand there was talk of him getting low marks at the world games by people and some talk of the emmbaressment of it.
Well he got first.
There will be many skating club people keeping very quite at the moment.Congragulations Kieth!
June 5, 2007 at 9:42 pm #4789KyleMemberHe’s also a something or other dan black belt in karate.
I’ve never seen anyone get pushy with him on the ice hockey rink, but I’m not sure I’d recommend it, no matter what masters age grade he is.
June 5, 2007 at 10:02 pm #4790JoeMemberI concur. Congratulations to Kieth. That is quite an accomplishment. Kieth was on my son Paul’s Easton Cup team and I enjoyed chatting with him after the tournament. He sure stands out in a hockey game with his freestyle boarder knee pads.
June 6, 2007 at 12:54 am #4791ChrisMemberKeith holds either a Yondan or Rokudan Blackbelt in (Possibly Kyukoshin?) Karate, can’t remember which
Wouldn’t matter if you did get pushy with Keith, he wouldn’t fight you.
June 6, 2007 at 1:14 am #4792rookie19MemberHe waited outside the rink for Heath from Gore to try fight him after a game! Coz Heath abused him on the bench. Congrats to Keith he must be stoked!
June 6, 2007 at 1:15 am #4793ChrisMemberYeah, I gotta say, I’m pretty damn impressed actually
