I had a chance to get out and see Bode play this past weekend. The Strathmore Rockies of the WWHL  were in town for three games against the BC Breakers. 
Bode played great – I think she had 5 points on the weekend (and a few penalties!) and she helped lead her to team to three straight wins.
Next weekend her team plays in Minnesota and it’s a must-win situation for them to advance to the play-offs.

Warning to all Dunedin players:  Bode is in really good shape!  There were a lot of penalties all weekend long and Bode is on both the PK and PW special teams and she saw a lot of ice time and never once looked tired out there.  It was funny watching the D trying to tie her up and as you would expect she drew a lot of penalties.

It was a treat to get out and watch Bode play and it was also a bit of a  “history weekend” for me as she played in my old home arena that I hadn’t been in for al least 20 years. (cough, cough, maybe longer)
