    Okay a slight change in plans. Since there has been notification at high schools, midgets practice is on at 6pm this Thursday night, that’s February 28th. So if you are midget BE DRESSED AND READY TO GET ON THE ICE @ 6PM.

    Ryan can you please put this on the home page, cheers.

    Can u explain who can play midgets this year ryan? There are a lot of people who don’t know if they are young enough to play Midgets.
    Is there two midget grades or something and is Bantams going ahead?

    I have a fuzzy memory of reading an email which said that midgets is for under 17 now and bantams for under 15. I could be wrong though.

    That’s supposed to be the plan, but none of the other clubs are putting in bantams teams.

    So midget remains U16, and there’s no bantams until probably next year.

    Thanks Kyle, I wasn’t sure myself. That does sound correct. So the deal is under 16 and there will be 2 teams this year in midgets. There will be a junior midget, for those players just coming up from pee wees and a few of last years younger midgets. The Senior team will be made up of mostly last years midgets. I know that I am taking the senior midgets and I think Stefan is takin the junior midgets. The practices will be combined though. Hope that helps everyone. Again, I am just telling people what I’ve been told.

    Ryan, will both those teams be competing in the SIHL? Or will the senior team be playing in the southern league, and the others be the… I dunno. Development squad? Playing in the B DIHL or something?
