Hi,
Bode is organising a (most likely contact) game this Thursday at 8.15 pm. It’s for Thunder players, Junior and Midget rep players (I guess that means Southern Rep team), or equivalent. $15. News item on the front page.
For Harrison, and anyone else who was there last night:
559 – HANDLING THE PUCK WITH THE HANDS BY A PLAYER
a) Any player, except the goalkeeper, who closes his hand on the puck shall be assessed a:
➤ Minor penaltyIf the puck is near you and you want to handpass it to your team in your own zone, bat it with the glove, don’t close your hand around it and then throw it.
In particular, don’t do it in the goal crease, that’s a penalty shot.
Best moment: 1st period, Bode putting Harry into the boards and down on the ice from a stationary check. Owned.
