For anyone wondering why on earth they have a funny looking monster instead of an avatar, that is because I’ve set the forum to default back to Gravatars (Globally Recognised Avatars) when you don’t upload your own avatar and if you don’t have a gravatar it defaults back to something called a “Monster ID”.

Each of those little monsters is unique. Wherever you post on a website which uses Monster ID’s (and register with the same email address you used here) your monster will be identical to the one you have here.

Gravatars are really useful for posting on blogs. If you want to use your own gravatar instead of a regular avatar, then sign up here[/url:odf3rcts] and set your avatar to “[b:odf3rcts]no pic[/b:odf3rcts]” here on the forum and your gravatar will automatically appear. My avatar here on the forum is actually my gravatar.
