MemberHello,
Does anyone know if there’s a bar in Dunedin that has TSN or will be airing the world junior championships this year? Thanks,
Nick

[/quote:1v3rngef]I wish. No chance matey. ESPN is the closest you can get to hockey on SKY. That’s only NHL playoffs. Winnies in Qtown might be able to get it via a slingbox Bert has set up but you won’t be seeing the wjc on anything other than the internet. You don’t get TSN here sadly

MemberThanks for the reply. Too bad though, this tournament rocks. I think it goes; Olympics, World Juniors and Stanley Cup for me. Hopefully this channel doesn’t get banned before the tournament is over!

MemberCIF Forum might be torrenting it. There’s a pre-tournament game between Canada and Sweden which was played earlier today that’s posted up there now for download.

[/quote:vviuy6gx]I’m pretty sure that’s only available in North America. For whatever reason they don’t stream it to non-Nth American IP addresses.

MemberThanks Ryan. Kyle, would you mind sending me the CIF Forum link and an invite if you can spare one as well? I’d really appreciate it. TSN has the first pre-season game for streaming here;

[/quote:mstbhlqs]Don’t they usually block the common free proxies though?

MemberYou can change your IP so that it’s a local address. No proxy needed.
