    By the sounds of it, Bexley Hall is no longer usable.  So we have ice in Christchurch but inline has taken a massive hit.  Especially with only 3 weeks to nationals.

    Permanently unusable or temporarily? Or unknown perhaps?

    unknown but I would imagine its going to be down for some time.  Bexley is a low lying area and the actual building wasn’t exactly a beacon of architecture.  I imagine there is some real damage there.

    I have received a report that the rink is ok subject to an engineer?s green sticker/inspection but due to lack of water they are unable to keep the ice plant running. Alpine will be closed till further notice.

    NZIHF AGM that was to be this weekend has been postponed until April.

    I’ve heard today from a good authority that Alpine will re-open next Friday night, March 11
