Yep. Another game for anyone,. Goalies are free
February 16, 2010 at 10:55 pm #14901Paul RothMemberIs there another drop in game tomorrow (Thursday, 18 Feb)?
February 17, 2010 at 3:15 am #14902ActiveMemberNo.
I have booked the ice for 6pm sunday 21st for a drop in game now so goalies free everyone else $10 but make sure you turn up on sundayFebruary 17, 2010 at 8:20 pm #14903KyleMemberNote that our beginners start on the ice at 7pm from this Sunday onwards, so the session will be time-limited.
February 17, 2010 at 10:22 pm #14904ActiveMemberWhen I enquired there was no one booked for that night. Can u clarify because if they are playing it would be better if we went after them. Is there a reason why they cant be on at 6pm and we follow them at 7pm ?
February 17, 2010 at 10:35 pm #14905KyleMemberThat’s my bad, beginners start next Sunday.
They start at 7 because we sometimes have another session booked in at 6pm.
February 17, 2010 at 11:37 pm #14906ActiveMemberOK so drop in game on sunday at 6pm still on
February 17, 2010 at 11:44 pm #14907imported_RyanMemberSomeone has their wires crossed. I just got an email from Sofia saying that the first practice of the season is on at 6pm on Sunday.
February 18, 2010 at 2:51 am #14908imported_RyanMemberOh, and to add to that confusion, the email from Sofia didn’t mention anything about beginners. It seems it was some sort of generic practice for everyone from what I could tell.
There’s quite a few confused players now. Some clarification from the powers that be would be nice ” title=”Smiley” />
February 18, 2010 at 5:15 am #14909ActiveMemberAll I know is that as of 11am today I was the only one with booked ice but im flexible. someone tell me whats happening?
February 18, 2010 at 11:41 pm #14910KyleMemberGraham has it right. Beginners starts next week, I got confused and told Sophia it was starting this week so she emailed a bunch of people. I’ve emailed her to correct myself, hopefully she got it.
(And beginners is at 7, not 6).
February 19, 2010 at 12:10 am #14911ActiveMemberJust had a call from Sophia. Begginers on at 6pm followed by a drop in game at 7.15pm
February 19, 2010 at 2:44 am #14912KyleMemberYeah. We’re changing it again. Ice time at 6pm for training, open for beginners and intermediate level players (like end of last year). $10.
Beginners proper starts next Sunday, 7pm. $10/session or $300 for a full year of 35 sessions.
February 19, 2010 at 3:06 am #14913imported_RyanMemberThanks for clarifying ” title=”Smiley” />
There’s a bunch of extra stuff added to the calendar now too:
http://dunedinicehockey.hellyer.kiwi/ (see top of the right-hand sidebar)In particular, I see the DIHL is scheduled to begin on March 16th ” title=”Smiley” />
There is something called “Premier Grade Game”. I’m assuming that is the checking grade that has been mentioned recently?
February 19, 2010 at 11:19 am #14914KyleMemberYes.
The calendar is updated (for pretty much the whole year).
Some parts of the web site aren’t up to date. The membership booklet which was posted is completely up-to-date and is the bible for the 2010 ice hockey season.
