I ask you, kind sir, who holds such covert communique about ice hockey that cannot be disclosed to the common man? What kind of secret initiation quest/ceremony must be performed before one is allowed to enter the depths of this “Private” and “Administration forum” ? Some secret rite of passge perhaps? Speculation is rife about the contents of this forum, and silence from its benefactors only fans the flames of mistrust and suspicion. Perhaps the mysterious comments follow a line much like this one;
Kyle: Hey ryan!
– 2 weeks later
Ryan: Hey kyle!
Kyle: What you been doing?
Ryan: Not much.
– 3 days pass
Kyle: Saw you yesterday.
Ryan: Really? Didn’t see you.
– another two weeks
Ryan: Hey man, me again, umm you know how you said you saw me, well, i was just wondering where abouts that was.
Kyle: Why?
Ryan: Just wondering, thats all.
Kyle: Can’t remeber actually, but if i do, i will be sure to post it on this secret forum.
Ryan: cool.

Ryan: umm Kyle?
Kyle: Yeah?
Ryan: Do you ever get lonely in this protected, closed, desolate, secretive forum that no-one but me and you can talk in? just wondering
Kyle: Umm sometimes i guess….. I get down sometimes knowing that i only have one person to talk to in here, but its alright, together we can make it work, you just gotta have faith, brother ryan.

Ryan: Since when did we start calling each other brother?
Kyle: well since this closed forum has been listed on cultwatch.com, i guess it wouldn’t hurt to start acting like we were a family, if only in a psychocyber sense….
Ryan: oh yeah, don’t forget we ascend to take the great journey in 2 months, 3 days.
Kyle: True.

Ryan: I know.

Kyle: Do you?
Ryan: Of course.
Kyle: Are you sure?
Ryan: Yes you fu*&face, stop wasting this secret forum space, we only have a limited server you know.
Kyle: ok calm down ryan, you may be a tiger on the ice but there’s no need for that here.
Kyle: Hey i think i saw you on the ice the other day…. couldn’t be sure though
Ryan: Nah couldn’t have been, I was on the bench stepping in as the backup orange peeler, incase the real orange peeler gets a blister on his orange peeling thumb.

Kyle: oh ok. Do you reckon i should post in the other not secret/not special/normal forums that i like to be called shorty, and try and make up other nicknames for other people so we can start another sort of secret society? i reckon that matt guy could be called “suicide” or something else suitably lame.
Ryan: Do it.
Please remember folks, this is pure speculation. For all i know, they could be merely trading recipes, and/or methods of extortion from the history/ chemistry departments and probably are discussing plans for a crystal meth/p-lab in the changing rooms.

But if you can guess the password, you too can manage a hockey team and spend your time in discussions of whether players are ‘one’ or ‘two’, and how this goalie balances this team and that team.
Although, currently the teams are pretty finished, so we’re starting to plan the DIHL in the second half of the year. I know, it’s a real thrill on the protected forum.
And Ryan, you can’t steal a photo of me off the internet, crop it down to freaky levels, and then complain about it bugging you. And we all know that you made up the word ‘dipyrizyl’. Bloody chemists.

I didn’t steal the pic off the net. I took that photo myself!
And you are correct dipyrizyl is not a word. Dipyryzyl however is.
