    I’ll try to do a better/longer video of the Luxembourg team for you next time.

    We need to sort a proper video feed for next time this event is on. I was dead keen to watch the Ice Blacks in Ireland the other year, but their live feed never came to fruition <img decoding=” title=”Sad” />

    Your photos kick ass BTW. I’ve seen a few different professional photographers take photos (for a fee) for various hockey organisations in New Zealand over the years, but the best I’ve seen yet are from yourself and Joe Sales.

    Its funny with the live feed in Ireland as far as i know they did televise the games on irish tv to the extent that the last game ran over the the national broadcaster stuck with the game instead of going to regular programming despite it being a minority sport Ireland. Strange how they never got the live feed going.

    There were ‘technical problems’ apparently. Providing live feeds is quite tricky apparently.

    Yup, that’s what I was referring to. I don’t think anyone attempted to setup a live feed for the games here. Hopefully once it is setup the first time it will become standard practice for every year.

    Good morning  <img decoding=” title=”Cheesy” />  (I guess you’re preparing for the night)

    Luxembourg lost agains Turkey  4:7  well, that’s not the best way to start the day, but I will do with it. Looking forward to some reports about the game.

    I know, it’s gonna be hard against Greece, but knowing the Luxembourg team, they will do their best.

    Yeah, Luxembourg didn’t look as good as they did in previous games. I was picking Luxembourg to win, but they didn’t show the same skill they had in previous games. Turkey looked about the same I think.

    I have some video footage I’ll be posting in an hour or so for you from that game.

    The luxembourg turkey game wasn’t very good. Both teams were positively awful on the powerplay – seemed to always be giving the puck to the other team, couldn’t get into the zone, lots of penalties. It was pretty slow, though Turkey looked better throughout and never looked like losing.

    NZ-Greece was a hell of a game, went to overtime with Chris Eaden breaking in off a great pass from Spiers to put it away on the backhand. Greece had led until the last couple of minutes when NZ put away a rebound on the Greek goalie, who kept his team in it all game with some fantastic saves. Fast, physical, some great play, well worth the price of admission.
