Due to the change in forum software, the [youtube] tag BBCode tags have changed. You now need to add the size of the video to the opening tag.
For example:
[code:2sy3od3k][youtube=425,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PLUCsZJGJw[/youtube][/code:2sy3od3k]
would give the following video:[youtube=425,350]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PLUCsZJGJw[/youtube]
