    Solid game from Stampede that Thunder didn’t properly fire until the third when they got 3 goals – plus one that they got the puck over the line but missed out on through an early whistle. Four goals in the first period to Stampede – including a shorthanded one pretty much shut the gate on the game.

    Yeah fine.  I would like to stress quailty and not quantity though.

    Swarm got this locked up. only team to finish with a winning record against swarm was the devils (3-1).

    Devils to deny the 3peat next year again!

    nah, I got stampede taking it assuming they play the way they did against us.  The kid in the shiny new yellow helmet needs to outplay that tall ackward man across the ice too.

    Stampede beat Swarm in Auckland once didn’t they though? They didn’t look impressive against them at home, but they’ll be confident that they can beat them up there.
