Goals against me, don’t worry I rarely forget them….
Goal 1: Jacques passes the puck across the net, Zanzee is open on the far side and slots it home (Not my fault)
Goal 2: This is one of those occasions when I forget, sorry if you scored it, I am drawing total blank here, someone help me out
Goal 3: Jacques passes the puck to Mike Sam, who is open, but I was too deep giving Mike a lot of net to shoot at (3/4 My Fault)
Goal 4: In a Scramble Mike Sam, shoots the puck, I get a Blocker on to it, but cos I am holding my stick too tightly it is angled in towards the net, resulting in a Goal (My Fault)Goal in OT: Scramble Jacques puts in a shot, low and hard I didn’t get down fast enough (My Fault)

[/quote:2tkktrux]I believe the tradition should not only include engraving but shouldn’t each player have his day with the cup? (or his way as it seems to be) When is mine? Who do I send my address to? When can I proclaim “My cup runneth over”?
August 17, 2007 at 10:55 pm #6472battered_and_bruisedMemberWell me and Step have to get our epic story of epic proportions still but after that I’m sure you can have it…or can you though? Cause it would have to come to you by a jet and the Jets lost so it would not be appropriate if a jet took it cause the Jets lost but maybe we could get it over there by boat which is kinda like a shark cause it is in the water but not really cause a boat is not real and does not have feelings like a shark does, but a boat is more like a jet in that case cause it does not have feelings like a shark and a jet does not have feelings either…but the Jets that we played had feelings like sadness and depressedness and other feeling that you have when you get swept which are the opposite of what us Sharks feel cause we had feelings of what we get when we sweep a team like the Jets so yeah.

August 18, 2007 at 1:12 am #6474battered_and_bruisedMemberWell was this supposed to make any kind of sense? Maybe, who knows….
August 18, 2007 at 1:20 am #6475ChrisMemberAren’t you training to be a teacher….?
August 18, 2007 at 2:11 am #6476battered_and_bruisedMemberWell am I though?
August 18, 2007 at 3:10 am #6477ChrisMemberJudging from the fact that you don’t know what a complex number is, I’d hope not…

August 21, 2007 at 10:50 pm #6479KyleMemberSharks went six up last night (umm… best of 13?), as Jets lost a 3-1 lead to finish up… 4-6? or 4-7, I can’t remember.
Damien Watson was the main destroyer for the Jets, with a couple of goals and an assist. Mike Sam and Jacques Kemp did the damage for the Sharks however, making new goalie to the series, Tony Pasco, struggle in the last period. Jets started to lose battles to win the puck, and the defense around the net fell off late.
Game got a bit fired up early in the 3rd, with some big hits, but settled down, and nothing too major happened penalty-wise. Pretty good game overall.
My fellow officials wimped out on our plan to ‘split the game refereeing’, and left me with the stripes all game. Blah.
August 21, 2007 at 10:58 pm #6480irishMemberWell Kyle, you just looked to good in the strips. I didnt think we should deny you that. We’ll see if you win the award for prettiest ref at nationals.
