dont want to knock you down buddy cause you seem very pasionate about the Thunder but no one remembers how the Thunder played for 10 minutes in the 3rd period in an away game vs the Adirmals on July 14, to consider a good team they have to do it night in night out week in week out when you look back in a years time you and others will remember the seasons results

[/quote:14lwpr3a]Doesn’t matter if anyone looks back in years time. It matters that the thunder remember this weekend how they played last weekend. It matters for them.

The talent is there and I think the team has been through a real rollercoaster ride of Drama more so then other teams through the season. Old coach or new they will play as best they can.
July 9, 2009 at 2:52 am #12013Azzy77ModeratorI don’t know if the thunder going out for a social skate is going to help them win.
Valid no one remembers how we played in the 3rd period of an away game. But like Vpatrol says we remember.
We do have to start winning if we want fans to come and support us. But it is a start for us to have good happy thoughts to go back to, to help us achieve things (i.e. Peter Pan)Also I don’t know changing horses midstream is a good approach. It worked for the penguins but I can point to a lot of teams that it doesn’t work.

Never said a going for a social skate would help. Just use those peter pan instincts and remember why you play hockey. Mighty Ducks style have fun.
