Below is a link to a weekly column Kerry Fraser is doing for TSN where he answers reader questions on blurry areas of the rules. Kerry was one of the best NHL refs so not everything relates to IIHF but the rules are pretty close.
The link has access to previous articles. They are quite good.
the report sounds like a wee man with a paper pushing job who all of a sudden has reporters at his door. He lovesd the attention and so has another go months later to get his little ego going again with more reporters. Of course thats what the report reads like. I am sure such an outstanding Citizen with such a critical role in sport must have some valid reasons more than pink whistles detracting from a sporting event.?
