    New Zealands fastest growing ice hockey club, the Roxburgh Raiders, now have their own FaceBook page.

    We’re trying to arrange for their kids to come down and play our kids some time in September. Good to support a new club that is trying to grow.

    I have a bunch of hockey sticks to donate to them.

    If anyone has other equipment, sticks, pucks, protective gear or anything else they’d like to donate, please get in touch with them – or drop them off to me and I’ll pass them on when I get around to getting them the hockey sticks.

    Good to see some new teams pop up!

    A Timaru Boys High team is coming up to Chch in a couple to play against local HS teams. I think they are based out of Tekapo.

    Awesome. You should suggest they get in touch with the DIHA too. It would be nice to invite them down to play here too.

    Perhaps Roxburgh and Timaru could come at the same time if their schedules and skill levels suited.
