Um I don’t think the team has been changed to “spnsors”. Is that even a word “spnsors”?June 18, 2009 at 5:22 am #11537ActiveMemberI have no idea what you mean. my spelling is imaculat
June 18, 2009 at 5:27 am #11538imported_RyanMemberI thought the original ones were quite nice. Hopefully the new ones are even better!

No, not there.
Also photos of the swarm initiation (the Ice Blacks did something similar before the Worlds which I had the misfortune to be at the rink for). I won’t link to that.
June 19, 2009 at 3:02 am #11541rookie19MemberOuch Vince, we know where the holes are ahahahahahaha.
June 19, 2009 at 5:49 am #11542vpatrolMemberI can tell you where all the holes are. Problem is you putting the puck where it’s supposed to go! I’m a bum of a hockey player but I’m hinging on you being doing the Stefan King “oops lost an edge and fell on my butt” play anytime you are near the net.
June 21, 2009 at 12:33 am #11543Puck LoverMemberKinda makes the close game last week not as good now that the stampede beat the swarm 7 – 1 last night. Canterbury looks like they could be the team to beat from what I saw
June 22, 2009 at 2:47 am #11544slowlyMemberOh my God, saturdays game was apalling!! I didn’t catch the sunday game, but I’m hoping it was a lot better than that one!
Also, those new tops annoy me, you can’t see the numbers, so you couldn’t see who is who unless they were right next to the boards… I like the old tops better…
The canterbury goalie played really well too…June 23, 2009 at 7:12 am #11545Puck LoverMemberWas a little bit disapointed the team couldnt come and see the supporters after the game on sunday, win or lose. Heard they spent a bit of time in the changing room!
June 23, 2009 at 7:22 am #11546Jofa playaMemberYes I agree Puck Lover, I was at the big game although the outcome was not the greatest infact very far from it, it would have been nice to see the team or some of the members out after the game thanking and meeting supporters that had come to support them in there struggle. There might not have been many people supporting them. But Thunder should be very thankful somebody watch the games and it would of been nice if the team or atleast a player had atleast apologised on behalf of the team for such bad performance on the night and such bad entertainment, NOT IMPRESSED
June 23, 2009 at 7:58 am #11547tom wilson loversMemberif the thunder are going to “win” they are going to need a good fan base to make them proud to wear the mighty thunder jersy may i look at stampede they havnt lost a game yet and the have supporter that are willing to follow them around the country and give them the support they need. You dont here about the stampede having to sit in the changing rooms and deni the supports the chance to meet them
June 23, 2009 at 8:22 am #11548Jofa playaMemberI do not know much about the stampede, but i think its great to hear that there supporters and fans are willing to travel around to watch them play and that the team is willing to give its supporters a chance to meet its players. If the thunder would only do things like this i belive that it would help boost the amount of people to the games and the amount of supporters and comited fans, they just need to do simple things like coming out of the changing room after home games and meeting some of the supporters and fans that give them so much help while they play.
June 23, 2009 at 9:43 am #11549Defense101MemberIt’s to bad you missed the post on the Thunder vs. Red Devils because 3 players including myself apologized for the horrible performance and said we were embarrassed not just from the 15 – 2 loss and 11-0 loss but for not saying thanks and meeting the people who came to watch our games. Between periods some of the players went out and gave kids high fives even when we were getting pounded but yes we know that we should have thanked everyone who came and honestly we are all very ashamed that we didn’t take the time to say thank you. For a lot of us this is a new level of hockey and as stupid as it sounds we forget that there are amazing people supporting us and willing to pay money to watch us play. I know I have never had that before and it’s quite embarrassing realizing that we would forget to do something so important. Again from myself and the entire time we’re sorry for that and we are definitely doing everything in our power to up our game and say thank you to everyone that has come to support us.
