hey was just wondering when any semblence of hockey will start again in dunners? im in the north island, so not sure if there is hockey at the mo or what is happening a, also what kind of leagues will be running and when? cheers

That’s a tricky question.

Nobody has told me officially that any of the practises have been cancelled but I’ve heard through the grapevine that most have been.
Apparently there will be a social scrimmage on tonight (Sunday) at 6pm but I haven’t heard anything official from the club about this.

The DIHL and SK8 Cup should be starting up around March I think. The schools league will be starting in May I think.

Yeah, Sundays, 6pm. There were about 24 people there last Sunday, and it was a pretty good session. Just need to get a second goalie and it’d be like a real game.

There’s no other hockey going on at the moment, but there will be come February/March.
