And i think that goal by Crosby is nice, but check this one out by Ovechkin. No doubt most of u have seen this goal, rated goal of the year by basically everyone with a brain! haha. Enjoy, all u Crosby lovers!!!

STIFFOk, I’ve watched just about every Youtube clip I can find of Crosby and Ovechkin, and I have to say that Crosby comes out ahead. Ovechkin has some damn pretty goals though, so I guess it’s a close call.
Ovechkins games is droping, he did not perform as well as he did last season and none of his goals were as nice.
Crosbys game as improved heaps 120 POINTS he won the scoring title at 19 he is the whole package he can pass and score.
Crosby has a better team than Ovechkin but who do you think makes the pens so good Crosby if he was not in the pens players like Malone would be having shit seasons with maybe 4 or 5 goals but they just finish on all of Crosby great plays. If you stuck Ovechkin in the pens he would probally be a bit better but still not as good as Crosby because of one main reason Ovechkin cant set people up and thats what a lot of the Penguins rely on. Ovechkin couldnt set Malone, Recchi or even Armstrong up like Crosby can thats why the Pens are so good.Just Another example of Crosby setting Malone up.

That last video didn’t rank for me sorry Stefan. The goalie didn’t get his pad down, should have stopped that one. I still have yet to see anything that tops the video that Tom posted of his assist, though the falling down shot wasn’t bad.
I think the two of you should take it outside. I’ve got money on Tom. All the Prems tell me Stefan’s a big inline wuss. Tom’s a John McGlashan boy. They’re nuggety up on the hill.
Haha yea me and Tom might have to drop the gloves sometime on the ice, im not much of a fighter, and i think Toms a pretty tough dude, so dunno how il go. Ok, anyway, after some discussion with Ryan “pretty boy” Wick during a busy day at sk8, we both decided Crosby is a more effective player, but Ovechkin is far more “skilled”. Thats a fair call, as Russians are generally more technically skilled, sorry canadians! I could name a handful of players far more technically skilled than Crosby (for example Ilya Kovalchuk!!!), but Crosby is the most effective player, i guess looking at his 120 point season at the age of 19, he could be called the best player in the game, but im not going to lower myself to say that!!
Besides, just remember when Crosby and Ovy played on the same line for most of the All-Star Game in Dallas, who got a goal and who didnt?? Il let u guys check that one. Actually no, think il spoil it: it was OVECHKIN. What happened Sidney?

I’m still not going to say that Ovechkin is more skilled than Crosby because he is not Crosby is he allways will be.
Now Briere, Ovechkin and Crosby were on the same line in the All-Star game Crosby got nothing, Ovechkin scored 1 goal and Briere scored 1 goal and got 4 assists and was voted MVP of the game are you saying Briere has more skill than Crosby and Ovechkin because he did well in the All Star game ? And rember Gretzky did not score in his first All-Star game either.

Haha no, but my point is that when Ovechkin was put with other great players he did better than Crosby did. But i realise it is only early days, and that only time will tell which player is truly going to be better.
I actually think Crosby is better overall as a team player and that, but Ovy is far more skilled in the technical aspects of the game, ie. stickhandling, skating etc. Just watch Ovechkin and his technique looks less “forced” than Crosbys, although Crosby is also an amazing skater, Ovechkin just has that jump and explosiveness and a much smoother style. U really like Crosby tho my friend!!
I think we should start a new poll: “whos the more beautiful man out of the 2 pretty boys of the DIHA, Ryan “princess” Wick, or Aaron “prettiest man in hockey” Bryant. Anyone have any ideas?

she-it, no ones posted in this forum for 2 whole days, what is wrong with the world… i think when an argument like this occurs the correct term is “fanboys”, no matter what i don’t think stiff is gona ever say crosby is better than ovechkin….ever, and i dont think Ryan “Im gona burn your mo’fo’en candle” wick is gona say vice versa, because that would mean that they are wrong, and wrong is bad. i personally think Darcy “Im gona knit you a jersey” Knyvett is better. Im his fanboy. In a completely innocent and homosexual way.
