You can’t rationlise penalties like that….10 minutes doesn’t only translate to a loss of a man for 2 minutes, it means your lines are disrupted for 10 minutes, and specific people are lost for 10 minutes…
I was at neither of the two games, so have no knowledge of what happened apart from what I am told.
I would say this though, it is rather strange for a team or its supporters to complain about reffing after they have won a game, as the stampede supporters seemed to do straight after their 3-2 win.
It might be time to get this discussion back on track as the hour of judgement is nigh…..

Wouldn’t it be like if we wanted to play touch up icing in a league we just make that a local rule?You know that if you talked to some broadcaster in Canada and sent them pictures of tekapo rink you might get some 2/3/4/5/92 nd teir Canadian competition played there and get it televised to really put nz on world hockey map.
Even if you televised north south game on nz tv i reckon you could get highlights on Coaches Corner Cherry lives for that stuff
