Just because people believe Detroit are going to win, doesn’t mean they want or hope that they do.
Everyone was for the penguins because thats who they wanted to win, not who they thought would win, I will still be cheering for the penguins and for a game 7, even though I think the bells are tolling.

Stupid NBA, why is it on the same days? Last year they had it so they were alternate days….and the year before that the final series was a two weeks apart in the respective sports

Thunder, I didn’t see anyone else from the club putting it up?Who has three Dunedin Junior Players on their roster?
Thunder, Whilst not specifically coaching the younger guys as wick says we are giving them a team to aspire too.Has anyone approached Thunder to help coach not that I am aware, and most teams I see have at least 3 coaches on the ice already of dedicated parents and others. 3 coaches is bordering on too many, so I am not entirely sure what thunder players could add.
Which Team competed at every round of SiHL?
The Dunedin Penguins Open grade team, that is made up of a lot of thunder players plus some other good dedicated players that benefitted from playing alongside the thunder in a good competition. As far as I am aware the SNC team disbanded, so maybe some of the other Senior players in the club not in thunder should take a look at themselves before pointing fingers.And Stefan is right a lot of the people going oh look the thunder aren’t helping us, are also not helping the club, they are the guys that show up to training and open sessions and leave.
And Banana Ice you say that you liked Thunder last year, as far as I am aware Thunder did less for the club last year, so I am not entirely sure where you are coming from. Yes you could argue bode coached every other grade, but she was paid to do that. This years thunder coach asked but was turned down, probably fairly as he couldn’t commit as long as the new coach (sorry to her I forgot her name) did. But the offer was on the table
Oh and Ryan Peter Lamb isn’t in the Thunder anymore?Jens is also heavily invovled in High Schools hockey, along with Richard Sykes and Blake does a lot of reffing.
You know what else Thunder does for the club, gets exposure for Ice hockey, poeple come and watch hopefully and go wow that looks like a cool sport (hopefully) and they come along and join beginners or peewees, and the club grows.
The Thunder is the worst thing that happened to the club this year? I highly doubt it, and I am sorry we have given that impression, come talk to us we don’t bite, and I hope to see you at our games, even if it is just to boo us for not coaching every grade when theclub has its own professional coach.
Problem with it being on sky sport 3, you have to pick your pubs carefully…..because not all have sky sport 3….

But I haven’t been asked or approached to have anything to do with it.However I am not adverse to you guys starting a strong letter writing campaign to sky tv, about getting me the role as one if not all the commentators I do voices and costumes as well.
But seriously I would love to be invovled even if just at a technical advisor/expert comments role.
