I was the one who iced the puck to start off. There was from what I gathered 5 seconds left. The DIHL is what they call a beer league in Canada, no one takes it seriously. I mean if you are considering making a rule change about this, then that is pretty sad. It’s part of the game and a good defencive strategy and if you want to make a rule change, then why don’t you make a rule where you can’t play a trap? My god you refs have got to stop being so anal about things, especially with things like this. It’s beer league guys, let the little things go.
They actually did have one Ice Black, but we shut them down and out hit them and out played them. It was a hell of a good game. How can it be sad? The last result, we beat them 7-3. They were a vastly improved team from that game in Gore. And who cares if the Ice Blacks weren’t there? We know we can play thier level so we will be good for the next time when they are there.
I’m sorry but I am sick of hearing about those Damn Sabres and how good they are. Just to let the people know who aren’t familiar with the NHL schedual, they play the majority of the eastern conference teams, which since the NHL has gone to the geographic format for conferences and divisions, the Eastern Conference has been the weaker conference and still is. The Sabres have yet to run into the Western Conference powerhouses like the Ducks, Red Wings, Sharks, and a few others. The Canucks lost in a shootout with the Canucks back up Danny Sabiron in net, not Luongo. So What does that tell you about the Sabres and they only came back late in the game. So really you can’t match up the Sabres to any west coast team. Especially if they are going to play the Ducks. You really think they can skate circles around Pronger and Niedermayer, 2 former Norris Trophy winners and are still in their prime? I think not. And to top it off, the Ducks are leading the league in penalty minutes and fighting majors, so they are bloody tough as well. As for my vote, I went against my beloved Canucks and took the Ottawa Senators because I want a bloody Canadian team to win the Cup and I think they have a good chance at beating the Sabres if they do run into them. Canucks are playing like crap, at least in game 1 against the Ducks so I’m not taking them.
I have voted for the great Chuck Norris. Look at that oh so sexiful beard. I can only dream to get my playoff beard as sexy as his.

Ovechkin is a selfish player and he will never win the scoring title. Crosby in his second season has not only scored a back to back 100 point season but is also the youngest player to do so and on top of that, he’s the youngest player to win the scoring title. What has Ovechkin done? Other then the Calder, which you can only win ONCE. Crosby will keep winning awards and Ovechkin, well I don’t think he will. lol. Sorry to burst your bubble there but that’s the way it is. And as for the visors that were mentioned about me and Steffy Pooh, we wear them cause we are pretty and are trying to get up to Aaron’s standard of prettiness lol.
Well I don’t think the prems team is called the Penguins. We were using the white SK8 uniforms for now so I think there is going to be a name change soon. Speaking of which, I’ve got about 6 or 7 concepts that will be shown at that marketing/branding group meeting, whenever that will happen.
Well Stefi Pooh, with that booming shot we are going to have to trial for the Stampede lol. We won’t make it but hey it will be a good laugh
