    Great game tonight, both teams on fire. I thought the reffing was mediocre but according to the players it was fine.

    For those of you that don’t know, the ‘secret weapon’ we stole (and paid top dollar for!) from the Admirals, Daniel Smith went skiing ON GAME DAY  :<img decoding=” title=”Roll Eyes” /> last weekend and broke his leg.
    He is now the bionic man, you’ll see him again next year….

    Yeah, that doesn’t make sense at all. Swarm beat Thunder 3-2, Stampede beat Thunder 11-0 and 10-0 and now Thunder are going to beat the Admirals  ???

    I was there. Stampede were in slow-mo. Third period was good though. I’ve almost lost my voice, lots of ‘edge of your seat’ stuff. Great game.

    I’ve gone for one, based on how both teams played against the Stampede. I think the Thunder will take the last game. Of course I’d like them to win all four though!

    I’m picking Stampede to win both games just coz they’re playing better! I expect the Swarm will come out stronger this weekend however so the scores may be a little closer than the Auckland games.
