Ah yes I thought I would add into this one aswell. The ref is correct with making the rules enforced right at the start of the DIHL, not 6 games in. I mean really, do you honestly think that players are going to change like that when rules are not enforced right away? If you let the players get away with something and then all of a sudden enforce it with a few games left, of course they are going to kick up a stink, especially with the visor issue. I agree that those particular rules should have been enforced right away and I think a lot of those problems would have been avoided. As for the C and A made out of tape, THey last for an entire game. I have had that experience and they have always worked fine. Maybe you guys aren’t taping them right lol.
guestMemberglad I could contribute to some heated debate. As for my identity, well that will have to remain a mystery.
guestMemberI witnessed the game of the Phantoms and SK8. I know that the rules state that visors are required and that was the last week it was going to be let go. Tell me Kyle, why did you call James over in the first intermission and try to force his team to put visors on at that point in the game? Looked to me like you guys were getting frustrated and were trying to do something so you could score a goal. Seems to me that was a little unsportsmanlike. It’s just a game really and you guys tied in the end. Do you really think it was that big of a deal to try and enforce the visor issue in the first intermisson? Did you really think James was going to force his players to? On top of that I spoke to a few Phantom players abou that and they all thought that that was not nessesery to do that at that time and it looked really bad for your team, kinda like you guys would try anything to win sorta thing.
