It made it very difficult trying to organise anything in the past since there was no way to know what would or wouldn’t be likely to happen in the coming months/year.

Oh, and to add to that confusion, the email from Sofia didn’t mention anything about beginners. It seems it was some sort of generic practice for everyone from what I could tell.
