You know what, i think I have figured out my team’s biggest strength, the number of lines we have” title=”Cheesy” />. We seem to be the expert at tireing the other team out now, we score minimum goals in the first 2 periods of most of our games, but we just seem to unleash in the last period.
Any how, It’s going to be a fantastic rematch in the Finals when we face off against John McGlashan” title=”Cheesy” />, and this time, we’ll show the Jonnies boys the difference between Men and Boys!!!!!! muahahahahahahah

Ok, the whole reffing situation is getting out of hand. Last night in the B league, Phil wasn’t there to organise any of the reffing, Shaun was called up as a last minute ref. I didn’t see the first game so i can’t comment on what happened then, but in the game with Jonnies against Kings it got pretty out of hand. There were a serious amount of slashing, hooking and tripping, not to the mention the occasional fights. Jakie and Joyce asked me to step in and ref the last period, and I managed to bin 4 or 5 players….. Either Phil has to get his act together and actually organise the refs, or we have to step in and ask some one else to ref with Shaun or replace him completely. He feels to sympathetic to the teams to be an unbias ref.
P.s. very similar things happened in my game as the bears got pretty agro, a couple of the kids try to check a couple of my players including my self. I mean they are literally half our height, but it doesn’t help them to think that they can also get away with stuff like that.

I actually didn’t hear any abuses coming from you bench, but that could just be the the score box in the way. My team seemed pretty placid, untill the last minute then we decided to hurl abuse at you guys!!!

Yea, theres no way I’m not playing the game against Jonnies tonight, Shit stick and Cracked and all. But i won’t be able to play ne “rough” games for 3 weeks or so.
Pretty gay really, I can’t even order another stick in at the moment cuz Diana is away in auckland…. I was even contemplating getting a defenders chest guard rather than that pidly small one I’m wearing atm….. ne how, I’ll be there 2night
I thought DIHL isn’t running because of the school holidays is next week? but I could be wrong.
Well, I have a cracked rib from the monday night so I’m not playing in the A grade games tonight, but my predictions.
A Grade
Phamtoms vs Ducks: Phantoms take it 3-1, with King and A. can Leeuwen scoring for ducks, and Duncan with his cracking blueline slap shot.
Stars vs SK8: Stars to take it 4-3, Stars has a solid all round team, but just don’t seem to put away enought goals, but from the experience gained from the last two games, i believe they should be able to tackle the solid Sk8 team.
B Grade
Bullfrogs vs Kings: Kings will be looking to take a win tonight to bolster their confidence as well as there stat sheet, but i believe the Bullfrogs will not go down as easily as they did last week. But i agree with kyle, a few weeks just isn’t enough and speed is the essence of this game, 5-1 to kings.
Beast vs John McGlashan: Now this will be the game to watch, being my old school against my current team. I’m even tempted to play with a cracked rib, though my doctor has warned me against it. Ne how, McGlashan has a solid line of scores, but seem to have trouble keeping up with some of the speedier players, it will be interesting to see if Michael and Jason from the Beast will be able to get through their defence. I say, 5-3 to the beasts
Bears vs OBHS: Two teams that have high potential to put away a decent amount of goals, but I think OBHS’s size will come in handy in this game, Them to take it 4-1.
I didn’t see blake there in the first 2 games and the start of the 3rd, so I dunno if he bothered to turn up at all.
I never recieved the final copy of the players grading list, hence I never knew anthony is grade 7, but if the comittee feels that kings was disadvantage by playing against Anthony as a goalie, I am quite happy to play them again with Marc as the goalie.
the grading system was also never made public, thus none of the other players include Anthony him self knew that he wasn’t suppose to play in goal.
