I would also like to be involved. when is a meeting date that would suit? Maybe we could look at getting some kind of funding behind to put a dunedin team together, im sure some of the queenstown boys would be keen to give it a nudge as itsz in their neck of the woods

all tho queenstown did have have juniors playing starting line with those “ice blacks”so shows the up and coming skill of the younger playersHmmm only 4-2 against a team thats not an offical thunder team made up of random players who dont really practice together, if thats all that queenstown (stampede) can beat them by, then well maybe thats also a indication of what they’ll be like this season
Yeah, thea was some good plays from the queenstown team whoever, good plays coming from n gloag and c harriosn with awesome of the ice support from a brookes. Both games were good, im rather suprised there werent more juniors from queenstown playing……highly dissapointed
Sure is, I mean I’ve only done a couple of small shows, I meant I havent been like FOH (front of house) enginneer for any real big ones though, so he’s probably right, i woiuldnt have any idea lol

[/quote:o5ynx2y3]Hmmm yeah, it can eb fixed, at a price, with the more structures in the building like the new social area sound is becoming significantly better but there are atill improements to be made. I made usggestions a while ago to a certain person, and was promptly told I didnt know what I was doing despite being a sound person before a lighting person and doing equal as big sounds events as I’ve done lighting events
A big hands up to everyone who was involved in running and organising the event especially kyle who pretty much lived at the rink for the whole tournament. Very well run event, highly impressed with how smooth it ran!

portable rinks are easy to run like the highschool musical gig they had last year
I was on the lighting tech crew for both NZ shows in Auckland and Chch last year, they also used ice like keithys in some shows was what I was told
