Notice was given well in advance to all the clubs around the southern region as well as being posted on the thunder website. All one had to do was ask their respective club or check the thunder website. Not hard. And definitely does not require a retrial.
Is there someone we should know about who has missed the trials?

I know the rules too, im not ignorant, merely lazy. On a side note, there is apparently a wealth of evidence pointing to the fact that shakespare had a ghost writer or just straight up stole someone elses work

I can use the Enlish language in any way i see fit. Shakespare, who many regard to be the greatest litterary genius in the history of the english language got away with making up words to fit his purpose. thats what kids do. Therefore i should be able to skip the odd apostrophe if i want

I feel that droppingthe puck even if the other team isnt there after enough time is a legit method of getting them to hurry up next time. not to be sued in important games though

ok to put it simply, blow the whistle to let the players know when to get ready, give them 5 seconds then drop the puck. their problem if they are not ready after 5 seconds.
if you mess up shit happens its not the end of the world, they cant blame a loss on 1 call or 2. just as long as you are consistant, even if that is consistantly bad, no one will care

I will quite happily eat my word if the teams and games turn out to be great, or even if they bribg 2 teams of 3 lines of good players. they need 3 lines to make a good game, if they do i may even go, but i dont want to watch 2 lines of guys playing crap hockey because they are too tired

What happens if the games are awful? and visibly a sham? it has the potential to ruin our ability to draw spectators to nzihl games and the various international games we have here throuhg lack of trust

I like that bit about players may not being able to make it because of legal obligations or injury. arent 2 of the main guys affected by injury? and doesnt their NHL contracts prevent them from playing unkess released?

With the whistle blowing at face offs Im much the same as kyle except i do blow it when i am dropping the puck after a goal has been scored. I do this to let the players know it is time to square up and get ready for the puck drop. within 5 seconds of the whistle blowing the players should be ready to take the faceoff so it is then that the puck is dropped.
you will notice in a 3 man system that the ref will raise his hand during a stoppage of play, this is to signal to the away team that they may not make anymore changes to that they have already made (read no new players may come on the ice once the hand goes up), the home team then has roughly 5 seconds to match their lines accordingly. When the ref drops his hand, the home team may make no more changes and the linesman will (should) blow the whistle. Again this whistle is to let the players know they have roughly 5 seconds before the puck is dropped to get ready, upon the completion of those 5 seconds the puck is dropped and the play resumes
