If it helps jog anyones memory I know he did 6th form at Logan Park High School in 2005 and played ice hockey for LPHS and KVC.

I suppose it is a little late finding out now anyway. Hope we track him down, as he owes the club money.

At least one of them has manners, he apologised for backing into me and knocking me over after the whistle went…

Hey Keith, I’m not sure I understand your post, do you mean you want to play B-grade this year? Teams are almost full, so there is no guarantee you would be on the Bullfrogs. Most likely you would be on the Bulls as they have just lost a player to injury.

Mike Wesseling
Richard Orme
Kara Ross
Deb Handcock
Steph Patchett
Tom Wilson
Callum Wood
Erin (?)
Michael Mitchell

Larry has managed to put together a last minute Jets team by convincing an Old Timer and himself to stay on after their game. And has suggested that maybe a Bullfrog or two could play tonight as well. ???

That looks like a good rejig Kara, hopefully some more people sign up for the Jets.

I spoke to Sam Smith tonight, he said he’d play if you needed the numbers. He could probably drag Shane out as well.

Cool, could you tell them to get in contact with either Larry or myself so we can get them on the roster and avoid having people being missed.

Im gonna presume so. They are down on the floor to the right of the door. Only people with keys are allowed in there so no one is going to take them. There is a possibility they may be hired to someone mistakenly on wednesday night before you arrive.
Did the mathematican forget to count how many elbow pads to put in his bag.

I’m doing the shed on Wednesday night, will ensure those easton synergy elbow pads do get hired out before Chris gets there… na, all the gear that needs to be hired out is marked in the book with numbers attached to names, courtesy of Dave Craw, so Chris’ elbow pads will be safe

Larry is currently campaigning for more Jets players. Note the Women Jets are now the Jets.

If there are any A-grade players wandering passed this post and want to play still, then they are most welcome to contact the organisers at dihl@dunedinicehockey.hellyer.kiwi

Just read that again. The first two weeks are exhibition games. I will talk to Larry and see how he is going to run them as they are his babies.

Is there anything I can do to help?

I have the mailing list from Autumn 2007, which might have all the A Graders that didn’t sign up for Spring 2007. I’ll attach it to this post. I’ll also attach the last grading I did – April last year – most of the players on this list are A graders.

Oh FFS Ryan. Why can’t we upload .xls files? I’ll email them to you Kara.

Hey Kyle,
Ryan has the registration form to put up on the internet, he just hasn’t got round to putting it up. I could email you it if you want. There is an extra registration night on Thursday, and the other one on Sunday. All we really need is names and grade people want to play in. So far we have one team for the B-grade (Johnnies) and can almost field a womens team for the A-grade (ambitious, but Larry wants a chicks team in the A-grade so we get better representation in the SIHL if we play, which we want to!) Larry thinks there will be enough people for an old timers team as well. As we have no outside in put from anyone, Larry and I have been trying to figure stuff out ourselves, with some input from Ryan. Perhaps if we knew who we could ask for help? It would be great to have a mailing list, as I note that I’m the contact for people wanting to be put on it. I know nothing about a mailing list! It would be great to have the last grading, although Larry doesn’t seem to think it is relative, it would be handy to have for the exhibition games. Ok this is long enough.
