I think one game will be close sorta with Swarm winning but I think one of the games will be a solid Swarm win. Not sure the Swarm have their hearts in it but end of the day, they are the better team.
vpatrolMemberfocussing on this years home stats is a bit short sighted wouldn’t you say considering you have yet to play the one team that is your biggest threat? Therefore past stats are more reliable perhaps….3-3.
vpatrolMemberfinal game won’t count since its one more game then 3 other teams
vpatrolMemberhe didn’t say me, he said “my devils”. I’m on the team whether I play or sit. Any win gets me maccas.

It’s a deal. However, if I win the final, on top of the combo you owe me, I’m upgrading to frozen coke, a hot apple pie, and a McCafe hot chocolate to relax with aferwards.
vpatrolMemberChris has another 10 in him minimum I should think. I should also think that it will be difficult in the following years to match his points per game output. I will be optimistic and say Dunedin will improve with some importation next year so guys won’t be able to pad their numbers as easily. So unless the number of games increases, I think his record is safe for a wee while.
vpatrolMemberI think he’s referring to the goalie going home as well as one of the Tekapo d. Rumour has it anyways.

I don’t why, if i was being sensible I would say Red Devils, becuase of stats, because of our experiance against both teams. But I just have this feeling the Stampede will win don’t ask me to explain.
[/quote:pg86ducm]please explain
vpatrolMemberfeel free to say why. I said Devils at home because its the obvious thing for me to say and believe!
vpatrolMemberThe puck moved backwards through his legs while at a virtual standstill. I guess his own movement would be in question because the puck was definately not moving forward.
vpatrolMemberthe ref mentioned that to me afterwards. I found it amusing. I didn’t expect him to use that move. I think he was trying to have fun!
vpatrolMemberI got excited when I heard 1 to 0 after one period. Didn’t expect to hear 9 to 1. Must have really put their foot down.
vpatrolMemberThunder played better to be honest. They capitalized on our lazy mistakes and scored 3 nice goals. Give me a second chance on them and 2 would still be goals. Defensively they have much to be desired. They just don’t have a system that suits the players they have. You don’t attempt to build a skyscraper with only a couple hammers. I’m sure there is a style of play out there which would minimize the damage teams can do to them. I don’t want to see them getting smashed anymore.
vpatrolMemberAnyone else like to see Dunedin pull out the old green sweaters? Fans are struggling to see names and numbers.
vpatrolMemberStefan got the lone goal for them. I didn’t really see the run up to it but I saw the puck sneak low and inside of the post. I don’t think Justin was happy with it. Thought the game was going to get out of hand when Justin got punched in the head (fight ensues), and then another guy snows him shortly after. Fortunate the refs gained some control after that since guys were going to start protecting themselves and not rely on calls being made. It was really sloppy early on but atleast the score wasn’t get run up at the beginning. The 3rd period was a bit rough. 10 goals in that frame.
